How does the Diode Laser work?

Diode laser uses a very concentrated beam of light with a wavelength of 808 nm, that's why it is also called 808 Diode Laser . This wavelength is particularly efficient on the melanocytes of the hair follicles and allows not to cause damage to the surrounding tissue, as the coherent light of the laser manages to be precise on the target.

The laser wave, absorbed by the melanin of the hair shaft and follicles, is transformed into heat, thus increasing the temperature of the follicles themselves, triggering a natural physiological process which leads to the progressive disappearance of superfluous hair.

After how many sessions do I get results?

The result of the depilation depends on the phototype , the pigmentation , the size of the treated hairs and their phase of growth in the treated area. The results that after 8-6 sessions eliminate 80% of superfluous hair are considered satisfactory .
